Phases and resources
The Resources screen is reserved for people who have the Manage settings permission. It is in the Settings menu, under the The garage theme.
The former Work order phases screen no longer exists: the five phases (Planned, Received, In progress, Completed, Delivered) and Cancelled are fixed. They can be read on the work order page and on the workshop board; the locks that hold a move back are described in Work orders.
Resources
Section titled “Resources”Resources (lifts, bays, benches) are optional: without them, scheduling is done per worker. With them, an appointment can book a piece of equipment. The screen follows the other Settings screens (breadcrumb, Help link); in a support session, write actions are not shown.
- New resource creates a resource and Rename changes its name;
- a resource that is already booked is deactivated instead of deleted; a resource that has never been booked can be deleted, after confirmation.
